According to the Decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev today, 8 foreign citizens were pardoned, Paralel.Az reports.

Noted that 8 of them who were sentenced to imprisonment were released from the unserved part of their sentence.

Among those pardoned, 5 are citizens of Afghanistan, 2 are citizens of Türkiye, and 1 are citizens of Russia.
