Today, a trial will be held regarding the illegal crossing of the state border by Georgia's former president, Mikheil Saakashvili, Paralel.Az's Tbilisi correspondent reports.

It is expected Mikheil Saakashvili will join the session online from the Vivamed clinic where he is staying.

Note that the investigation into Mikheil Saakashvili's illegal border crossing began on October 1, 2021. Four other individuals have also been charged in connection with this case.
