22-year-old Russian soldier Roman Shaternikov has died during military trainings of Russian Armed Forces in polygon in Armenia's Shirak Province today, Paralel.Az reports citing Armenian media.

A soldier of the Russian Armed Forces was taken to the Gyumri Medical Center with fatal gunshot wounds to the left side of the neck and torso.

The medical staff could not save him, they only confirmed the death of the soldier.
