"There is a decision on organization of a meeting between Turkish and Armenian Special Envoys, but date and venue of the meeting have not been specified, they should be agreed upon a business manner," Ruben Rubenyan, Armenia's Special Envoy on normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations told Factor.am, Paralel.Az reports.
