"Azerbaijan is NATO's long-term partner and we cooperate in different fields for many years," said NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in a joint press statement with President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in Baku, Paralel.Az reports.

Stoltenberg has brought to attention that they assess Azerbaijan's contribution to NATO's mission in Kosovo.

"We also appreciate your representation and contribution to our mission in Afghanistan.

Azerbaijan was one of the last countries to leave our mission in Afghanistan. Azerbaijani forces implemented very important misision."
