A fatal accident occurred on the Alat-Astara highway in the village of Hydyrli, Salyan region. A VAZ-2101 car, driven by 34-year-old Safarov Aliaga Abulfaz oglu, a resident of 20 January Street in Salyan, was hit by a Mercedes car coming from behind. Driver 011 died on the spot.
