Moscow is ready to discuss proposals to expand relations with Tbilisi, said Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Paralel.Az's Moscow correspondent reports.

"If our Georgian neighbors have additional proposals regarding contacts, we will certainly consider them. We have never shied away from contacts," said the Russian Foreign Minister.
