General Director: Export of counterfeit Armenian cognac to Russia should be prevented

Politics and economics are interdependent. If Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan halts the activities of Russian border guards and the official Yerevan declares that they will stop mutual activities with Russia in the security field, the export of counterfeit Armenian cognac to Russia should be prevented, the General Director of the Caspian Institute for Strategic Studies (Russia) Igor Korotchenko told journalists while commenting on the export of the fake French cognac to Russia under the name of Armenia's Ararat brand, Paralel.Az reports.

Igor Korotchenko said that relevant institutions of Russia should take appropriate steps regarding this issue: "It is impossible for political relations to be bad, yet economic ties continue to develop.'"
