Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in Pyongyang on a state visit at the invitation of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, Paralel.Az reports citing TASS.

Kim welcomed the Russian president at the airport.

This will be Putin’s third meeting with Kim since 2019.
