The municipality of Narmak district of Tehran, the capital of Iran, is demanding a monthly payment from children who collect garbage from garbage cans and support their families, Paralel.az reported.
In a video filmed by a citizen, children who collect and sell garbage and rubbish due to poverty said that the mayor of Narmak district receives a bribe from them in the amount of 4 million toms per month.
