"Currently, 219 schools and 493 classrooms across the country where coronavirus has been detected have been transferred to distance education."
Paralel.az reports with reference to 24News.ge that, the statement came from the Ministry of Education and Science.
According to the ministry, 1.1% of teachers and 0.5% of students have been infected with the coronavirus over the past week, which is a decrease compared to the previous week.
The ministry reiterated that there is currently no decision on the transition of public schools to online.
