This morning, at about 10 o'clock in the morning, a terrorist attack took place in one of the universities of the Russian city of Perm. An 18-year-old man named Magsudov entered the university building with a machine gun and opened fire on people. According to preliminary data, at least eight people were killed and more than 10 were injured. The reasons for the terror and the nationality of the terrorist have not yet been reported.
