Lavrov: "Russia, USA, China and Pakistan are interested in resolving the situation in Afghanistan"


Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov held a joint press conference with his Hungarian counterpart in Budapest.
Lavrov also touched upon the events in Afghanistan, reports TASS.
According to him, Russia is ready to discuss Afghanistan in the UN Security Council.
“All members of the expanded troika (Russia, the United States, China and Pakistan - ed.) Are interested in continuing consultations on resolving the situation in Afghanistan,” Lavrov said.
