A memorial plaque dedicated to the memory of the martyr of the Patriotic War Rafiyev Ulvi Rafail oglu and the martyr of the Karabakh war of the 90s Jafarov Zaur Fuad oglu was opened in the Khatai region.

It was noted that the head of the Khatai District Executive Power Panakh Imanov, the editor-in-chief of the Iki Sahil newspaper Vugar Rahimzadeh, the akhund of the Mashadi Dadash mosque, the priest Haji Shahin and others made speeches at the event.
The memory of the martyrs was honored with a minute of silence and a hymn was played.
Family members, teachers and relatives of both martyrs told and shared their memories of them. Then the students recited poems dedicated to the Motherland, our army and martyrs.
