As Paralel.az reports, this was stated by the EU Commissioner for Internal Affairs Ilva Johansson.
“This is also a step towards preventing illegal migration and investing in legal entry into the EU,” Johansson said.
He said he did not specify which of the 15 member countries would host a total of 40,000 Afghans.
