The villages were flooded
As a result of heavy monsoon rains, 357 villages in Uttar Pradesh were completely flooded.
According to NDTV, the areas of Hamirpur and Jalaun were most affected by heavy rains.
The floods have led to an increase in the water level in the Ganges and Kamna rivers.
It is noted that the rise of water in the Ganges River is two meters above the "dangerous" level.
Currently, the relevant government agencies are relocating residents affected by the natural disaster to safe areas.
