A Robinson R66 helicopter with three people on board has crashed in the Zeya district of Russia’s Amur Oblast, Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations released information in this regard, Paralel.Az reports citing Ukrainska Pravda.

Reports indicate that the helicopter's emergency beacon was activated during an unregistered flight.

The Ministry added that a search for the missing individuals is ongoing.
