The US is deploying consultants to defence ministries in Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia and the Balkans, Paralel.Az reports citing Intelligence Online.

It was noted that US is deploying consultants at those ministries' request and the idea is to make them more compatible with American forces and to move them away from the Russian model.
