The former so-called "mayors" of Khankandi, Aghdara and Asgaran were arrested in Armenia.

The former "mayor" of Khankendi, David Sargsyan, the former "mayor" of Aghdara, Misha Gurdjian, are accused of corruption.

They are charged with fraud and vehicle embezzlement.

It should be noted that Ayk Shamiryan, the former "mayor" of Asgaran, was detained on the same charge.
