Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Secretary General Helga Schmid has condemned a terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall outside Moscow, Paralel.Az reports citing TASS.

"Dreadful news from the Crocus City Hall in Moscow. Our thoughts are with the victims of the attack and their families. Such acts of terrorism are abhorrent and must be condemned in the strongest possible terms," she wrote on X.
