The United States has updated the sanction list related to Russia and added one oil tanker and four companies to it, the Treasury Department said on its website, Paralel.Az reports citing TASS.

According to the list, restrictions were introduced against the SANAR-15 oil tanker under the Russian flag, Bellatrix Energy, Hong Kong-based Covart Energy, and SUN Ship Management and Voliton DMCC companies from the UAE.

The US and its allies also updated measures of ensuring compliance with the price cap for Russian oil, the Treasury said earlier.
