“Anatolian Phoenix - 2024” International Search and Rescue Exercise held in Konya, Republic of Türkiye continues, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan told Paralel.Az.

On the next day of the exercise, the participants were presented with a briefing that included safety regulations, tasks to be carried out, and their execution sequence, essential information regarding the terrain's relief, structure, and climate where the search and rescue operation would take place.

According to the training plan, visual observation of the area was conducted to assess the simulated enemy object, followed by ambushing its motorcade and capturing the members of the terrorist group.
