It was noted that the investigation of the criminal case initiated under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan in the Main Anti-Corruption Department under the General Prosecutor's Office was completed on the basis of an appeal by Gurbanov Ahliman Sultan oglu for illegal actions against a resident.
According to the investigation, Ahliman Gurbanov, through his high-ranking acquaintance through his high-ranking acquaintance, falsely promised to help the participant of the First Karabakh War, who turned to him in 2018, reasonable suspicions were revealed.
On December 24, 2021, Ahliman Gurbanov was charged under Articles 178.2.4 (fraud causing significant damage) and 32.4,312.1 (bribery) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, sent to court.
