As Paralel.az reports, the preliminary investigation of the criminal case against the former Minister of Defense of Armenia David Tonoyan has been completed.
They will turn to the prosecutor's office. Tonoyan told the lawyers that if the complaint is rejected, he will not remain silent and will make sensational statements.
Tonoyan was accused of embezzlement on an especially large scale, especially in the framework of a criminal case on the supply of low-quality ammunition to the army.
