A school teacher beat two students with a belt in southern Azerbaijan, Iranian social media segment reported.
Pupils were tortured at a school in the Arab city of Poldasht in the West Azerbaijan province.
A video has been circulated on social networks in which a teacher beats and tortures students in one of Poldasht's schools.
The outraged parents asked the authorities to take appropriate action against the teacher.
