Turkish President to meet Vladimir Putin at SCO summit
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will participate in the summit of heads of state and governments of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Astana on July 3-4, where he plans to hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Paralel.Az reports citing Haberturk.
According to the Turkish edition HaberTurk, the summit's agenda will include the Russian-Ukrainian war, enhancing the functionality of the Black Sea Grain Initiative, the latest situation at the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant, the establishment of a center for gas trade, and the holding of elections in the northern region of Syria, where Kurds live compactly.
Haberturk does not specify which topic Erdogan's talks with Putin will focus on.
