Seven people in central Israel were injured, the national ambulance service said, after the launch of three projectiles from Lebanon early on Saturday, Paralel.Az reports citing Reuters.

The Israeli military said the projectiles were launched into Israeli territory and that sirens sounded in a number of areas in central Israel. Some projectiles had been intercepted, it said.

"A fallen projectile was most likely identified in the area," the army added, noting that details were under investigation.
