"As a representative of a foreign country, I could get access to all documents in polling stations, which showed democracy of elections," said a member of Serbian National Assembly Života Starčević in a press conference, Paralel.Az reports.

He has emphasized that voters in Azerbaijan understand importance of participation in voting process.
