The “Space Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Azercosmos)” under Ministry of Digital Development and Transport has started cooperation with the global satellite operator "ABS", the Ministry told Paralel.Az-Economics.

Thus, the cooperation agreement was signed at the "IBC 2024" international exhibition-conference held in Amsterdam, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, on September 13-16.

Thanks to this cooperation, Azercosmos will provide "Pay TV" service to its customers on the territory of Nigeria through the satellite belonging to the "ABS" company. It should be noted that "Pay TV" service is activated only by subscription to a satellite or cable television company.
