Official Tbilisi is ready to contribute to dialogue between Azerbaijan and Armenia

 

“We welcome the historic decision reached through peaceful means to start the process of delimitation of the state border between Armenia and Azerbaijan,” said Ilia Darchiashvili, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia during his statement to press following his meeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, Paralel.Az’s Tbilisi correspondent reports.

He stressed that official Tbilisi is ready to contribute to the constructive dialogue between Azerbaijan and Armenia for the sake of peace and stability in the region.

“Georgia supports stability and peaceful coexistence in the South Caucasus with determination. We welcome the historic decision reached through peaceful means to start the process of delimitation of the state border between Armenia and Azerbaijan. We hope that the process of peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan will maintain positive dynamics," said Darchiashvili.
