Commitment Protocol for holding Shusha OIC Youth Capital - 2024 was signed

 

The Commitment Protocol for the holding of the International Program Shusha OIC Youth Capital - 2024 has been signed between the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF), Paralel.Az reports.

The document was signed by the Minister of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan Farid Gayibov and the President of the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum Taha Ayhan.

The signing ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan Indira Hajiyeva, Head of the Youth Issues Department Ramil Jabbarov, Secretary General of the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum Rasul Omarov, and the representatives of the Ministry and ICYF.

President of the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum Taha Ayhan noted that they will operate in Garabagh, Shusha with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports:

"It is of great importance that Shusha, which was revived in a short period after liberation from occupation, became the OIC Youth Capital. We will work to convey to the world Azerbaijan's fight while liberating Shusha, the operations it conducted, and at the same time, Azerbaijan's fight in the 44-day Patriotic War. I thank the Ministry of Youth and Sports for supporting us in this work."

Note that it is planned to hold more than 12 large-scale offline and online events that will cover all areas of the life and development of the youth of the Islamic world - by the directions of science, culture, sports, entrepreneurship, social engineering, education, and creative industries in the Shusha city of Azerbaijan, which has been chosen as the 10th "Youth Capital" of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
