Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has made a phone call to Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, Paralel.Az's Moscow correspondent reports citing Russian media.

It has been noted that Erdogan has extended condolences to Putin over terror act in Crocus. During the phone call he has told Russian President that the terror act demonstrated necessity of resolution of regional crisis soon.
