Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Kamaladdin Haydarov has addressed a letter of condolences to Minister of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters lieutenant-general Alexander Kurenkov in connection with the numerous human casualties and serious consequences as a result of the terrorist act committed in Crocus City Hall in Moscow, the Ministry told Paralel.Az.
