"The construction of the first residential complex in the Sugovushan settlement, for which a groundbreaking ceremony was held on March 18, 2023, is currently ongoing," Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories of the Garabagh Economic Region (except Shusha district) Emin Huseynov noted on X, Paralel.Az reports.

A total of 190 apartments will be built, 25 of which are one-room, 80 two-room, 75 three-room, and 10 four-room in the neighborhood with a total area of more than 2 hectares.

Currently, the construction process of the complex is ongoing.

Emin Hüseynov has also posted about the works carried out at the Aghdam Mugham Center.

At the same time, the construction of a surface parking lot is also reflected in the plan. It is planned to construct classrooms, dance training rooms, halls for organizing meetings and large concerts and an outdoor amphitheater.

The construction works of the Mugham Center is scheduled to be concluded by late 2024.
