Georgia is ready to contribute to the peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said in a joint statement to the press after a meeting with his Armenian counterpart Nikol Pashinyan in Tbilisi, Paralel.Az reports.

“We have always been ready to contribute to the establishment of lasting peace that will benefit all of the countries and peoples of the region. We look at the ongoing dialog between Armenia and Azerbaijan with great optimism. I hope that the countries will sign the peace agreement soon. This agreement will strengthen the peace in the region without a doubt.” Georgian Prime Minister said.
