The Kerem Shalom crossing between Israel and the Gaza Strip ma be opened in the coming days, Egypt’s Al-Qahira Al-Ihbariya TV channel reported, citing sources, Paralel.Az reports.

According to the sources, "there are agreements on opening the Kerem Shalom crossing point in the coming days, using the same mechanisms as at the Al-Auja crossing."

Earlier, UN Under Secretary General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator Martin Griffiths said that there were some promising signs that the Kerem Shalom crossing would be opened soon.
