Georgia is neutral player in Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process - Darchiashvili

 

"Our main goal together with two friendly and brotherly countries is to ensure peace and stability in the region" Paralel.Az's Tbilisi correspondent reporst.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Ilia Darchiashvili said this on the country's public TV channel. He said that Georgia has successfully played the role of neutral player in this process.

Darchiashvili emphaszed that the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict is very difficult and complex, and Georgia has been trying to play this "natural role" over the years.

Noted that thanks to the special efforts of the Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Garibashvili, concrete results were achieved.
