Kremlin commented on the meeting between presidents of Azerbaijan and Türkiye to be held in Nakhchivan, Paralel.Az reports.

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said that Russia hopes that the meeting of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan would help ensure security and normalize life in Garabagh.

Peskov also noted the activities of Russian peacekeepers in the region. He stressed that the Russian peacekeepers in Garabagh are showing real heroism, no one can blame them for not fulfilling their duties.

The Kremlin Spokesman also noted that it’s not yet possible to talk about the duration of stay of the Russian peacekeepers in Garabagh.

Peskov also added that there were no concrete plans regarding the organization of the trilateral meeting of the Azerbaijani, Russian, and Armenian leaders.
