Civil society representatives of Azerbaijan addressed the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) with an open letter, Paralel.Az reports.

The representatives, addressing the president of the ICRC Mirjana Spoljaric Egger, expressed their serious concerns about the activity of the ICRC in Azerbaijan.
