The US State Department has welcomed the return of Armenian servicemen, Paralel.az reports.
“We welcome the return of five Armenian servicemen detained on November 16, 2021 by Azerbaijan on December 29.
We call on all parties to release all other detainees as soon as possible, exchange bodies and conduct a search for the missing. We underline the importance of treating prisoners humanely in accordance with international obligations, ”he said.
