Former OSCE Secretary General: Russia and the United States do not seek military conflict

Former OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger said that Russia and the West do not want a military conflict: "Despite harsh statements and violence, Russia and the West do not intend to get involved in a military conflict."
Kiev and Western countries have recently expressed concern about the intensification of Russian aggression near the Ukrainian borders. Moscow has repeatedly denied the allegations, saying it did not threaten anyone and had no intention of attacking anyone. The Kremlin said that Russian troops are on its territory and at its discretion, that it does not threaten anyone and should not bother anyone.
