According to Paralel.az, the chairman of the Tehran Union of Cargo Sellers said that the fruit and vegetable market is in stagnation.
Sales in fruit and vegetable stores in Tehran fell by 50 percent. At the same time, sales of wholesale centers fell by 30 percent.
Thus, out of 9,000 tons of fruit and vegetable wholesale bases, only 7,000 tons were sold and 2,000 tons were left without buyers.
