Iran to speed up development of nuclear program in response to upcoming IAEA’s resolution
Iran will take response measures if the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Board of Governors adopts the resolution, which Tehran considers hostile, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said, Paralel.Az reports citing TASS.
"The meeting of the IAEA Board of Governors will take place soon. We believe that an anti-Iranian resolution will be adopted there. If they adopt the resolution aimed against us, they will receive a proportionate response from Iran. We will take new measures in regards to our nuclear program, which they would not like at all," Araghchi said on Iranian TV.
He pointed out that the Islamic republic sped up the development of its nuclear program in response to all IAEA’s hostile steps in the past.
