As Paralel.az reports, a man who shot and killed the dogs was detained in Barda.
Ikhtiyar Gurbanov, a resident of the Barda region, suspected of the incident, was detained and taken to the ROVD.
The machine gun used in the incident was seized as material evidence. An investigation is underway.
