US President Joe Biden has unveiled an action plan for the winter that does not impose strict sanitary restrictions on the coronavirus in the country. Instead, Biden said, the focus will be on large-scale vaccinations and revaccinations of the population, as well as expanding coronavirus testing capabilities.
