As reported by Paralel.az, the Ombudsman of Armenia Arman Tatoyan said at a meeting with the Ambassador of France:
"The demarcation and delimitation of the border with Azerbaijan without creating a security zone can aggravate the situation," he said.
However, as Tatoyan explained, this is not the case. The Armenian government is just whining and spoiling, at least in the process of border demarcation, and wants, like a mouse, to take away small territories from Azerbaijani lands. Therefore, they propagandize the protest of the population, returning the lands on which they lived 20-25 years ago to their owners. This is not happening.
