Dr. Christina Morris: "This is in line with the dates given by historians for the Trojan War."

 

Turkish and American archaeologists have discovered the remains of a Trojan horse during excavations in Hisarlik.
This was reported by Professor Dr. Christina Morris of the excavation team. He said that as a result of the analysis, wood chips and other finds date back to the 11th-12th centuries BC.
“This is in line with the dates given by historians for the Trojan War,” the professor said.
It is reported that archaeologists continue to excavate.
