Ismayilli region is one of the oldest settlements in Azerbaijan in terms of territory and space. It is true that this region was created much later than some of our ancient regions, but the ethnographic, archaeological and artistic history of the region dates back to ancient times - to the stage of the ancient Albanian state, to the rule of Javanshir. That is why the cultural, economic and regional development of Ismayilli has always made our late national leader Heydar Aliyev ponder. He often visited this region - Shamakhi-Ismayilli economic region, the land of viticulture, deeply interested in the real life of hardworking people. This tradition continues today. The caring leader of the republic, the creator of the policy of "multiculturalism" I. Aliyev also frequently visits this region, creating all conditions for the construction of roads and new settlements in Ismayilli, making a number of new decisions. Nahid Bagirov, a young and competent head of the executive branch of our region, very well obeys the decisions of the president and responsibly fulfills many of the tasks entrusted to him. He often travels to various remote mountain and foothill villages in the region, deeply interested in the concerns of the local community. The Ivanovka-Hacihatamli-Mollaisagly road, recently repaired and commissioned several years ago, is being reconstructed. The 29-kilometer road Ivanovka-Hacihatamli-Mollaisagly was transferred from the balance of the Executive Power of the Ismayilli region to the balance of the State Agency for Highways of Azerbaijan. All this suggests that construction work in the region continues and is becoming more and more beautiful every day. This is a success not only of the Ismayilli region, but also of the entire victorious Azerbaijan state. This makes us happy and increases our confidence in a new life, creative work in the future and in the new years. Long live our nation state, our national leader. As they say, "Karabakh is Azerbaijan!" Let's take new steps forward under this slogan in today's globalized world.
