On November 20, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ali Asadov, met with the Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Reza Salehi Amiri, Press Service of the Cabinet of Ministers told Paralel.Az.

The meeting highlighted with satisfaction the successful high-level organization of COP29 in Baku.

It was noted that one of the priorities identified by Azerbaijan during its COP Presidency is climate action in the tourism sector.

During the conversation, the current state of Azerbaijan-Iran relations was discussed, along with the prospects for bilateral cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
