A group of personnel and ships from the Azerbaijani Naval Forces who participated in the AZIREX-2024 joint tactical exercise in the Islamic Republic of Iran's sector of the Caspian Sea have returned to the Motherland, Paralel.Az reports citing the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

A group of naval officers were awarded certificates of honor for their distinguished performance in the exercise.

Note that two vessels and over 100 personnel from the Azerbaijani Naval Forces took part in the joint tactical exercise "Search and Rescue at Sea."
